Washing
- Use a special brush soap or shampoo or a mild shampoo, without sulfates, alcohol or harsh surfactants.
- Never wash brushes with hand gel, shower gel, detergents or laundry soap - these products will destroy the protective layer of the wood and damage the brushes.
- The water should be warm, not hot (up to 35-37°C).
- Rinse the brush with the bristles down; do not completely immerse the handle in water.
- Avoid prolonged contact of the wood with moisture - a few seconds of rinsing is sufficient.
Drying
- After washing, dry the brush with a soft towel.
- Shape the bristles and let them dry on a horizontal surface, with the bristles down or at an angle to prevent water from dripping onto the handle.
- Do not dry the brushes with a hair dryer, on a radiator or in direct sunlight.
- Complete drying takes 8-12 hours.
Handle care
- The handle is coated with natural oils and waxes, but still requires careful handling.
- If the wood has become slightly rough, apply a small amount of almond oil or wood balm to the dry surface, leave for 10 minutes, then wipe.
- Avoid contact with aggressive products and prolonged exposure to water.
Storage
- Store your brushes in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and moisture.
- Do not close them in a cosmetic bag or box immediately after washing.
- For long-term storage, it is better to use a stand or holder.
💚 Remember: natural materials are living. They require a little more attention, but that is precisely why they last longer and look more elegant.
Proper care is not a formality, but part of beauty.
