This return policy is drafted in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 105-XV of March 13, 2003 on Consumer Protection, including Article 19 regarding the replacement of products of proper quality, as well as Government Decision No. 1465 of December 18, 2003 regarding the approval of the Rules for the replacement of non-food products and warranty periods.
The consumer has the right, within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, to request the replacement of a non-food product of proper quality with a similar product if the product does not meet the consumer’s requirements regarding shape, dimensions, model, size, color, or cannot be used for its intended purpose for other reasons.
If there is a price difference between the products, the corresponding recalculation shall be made.
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and request a refund of the product value.
The exchange or return of a product is possible only if:
* the product has not been used;
* the consumer properties and commercial appearance are preserved;
* the original packaging and labels are preserved;
* proof of purchase from BARBARA Collection is provided.
According to the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, certain categories of non-food products of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. These include, but are not limited to:
* jewelry items;
* underwear and hosiery products;
* perfume and cosmetic products;
* personal hygiene products;
* textile products sold by meter;
* healthcare-related products;
* other categories provided by the applicable legislation.
The full list of products that cannot be returned or exchanged is established by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova and the annexes applicable to Law No. 105-XV on Consumer Protection.
Products purchased during promotional campaigns, sales, or special offers may be returned or exchanged only in the event of a manufacturing defect or product non-conformity.
By purchasing a product at a promotional or discounted price, the buyer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the product characteristics, including the model, size, color, package contents, and applicable sale conditions.
Refunds shall be made to the User using the same payment method that was used to pay for the Order.
In case of payment by bank card, the refund shall be made to the same card used for the payment.
A full or partial refund may be issued if BARBARA Fashion SRL is unable to fully or partially fulfill the Order.
The payment for the Order and delivery shall not be refunded if the delivery failure occurred due to the User’s fault, including but not limited to:
* providing an incorrect or non-existent address;
* failure to answer courier calls;
* failure to receive the Order;
* failure to verify the completeness and integrity of the Order upon receipt.
In the event of a return request or complaint regarding products and/or services, the User is required to notify BARBARA Fashion SRL within 24 hours from receiving the Order via email at: bb.barbaracollection@gmail.com.
The request must include:
* the Order number;
* the reason for the request;
* proof of payment;
* bank details required for the refund;
* the full name and IDNP of the applicant;
* the full postal address.
The applicant must provide supporting evidence, including photographs or other relevant materials.
Refunds are processed within 1-7 business days from the approval of the request. BARBARA Fashion SRL is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or for any bank fees charged during the refund process.
