Return Policy

Article 19 (14). Good quality product exchange

(1) The consumer has the right, within 14 days, to demand from the seller an exchange of a non-food product of good quality for a similar product, if the goods receipt is available, if the specified product does not fit in shape, dimensions, style, size, color, or for other reasons cannot be used for destination, with an appropriate recalculation in the event of a difference in price.

(2) If the product required for the exchange is not available, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract and the seller is obliged to refund the cost of the product.

(3) The demand of the consumer for the exchange of the product or the return of its value is fulfilled if the product has not been in use, has not lost its consumer properties and there is evidence of the purchase of this product from the relevant seller.

(4) The list of non-food products of adequate quality that cannot be exchanged for a similar product is presented in the annex to this law.

Application

The list of non-food products of good quality that cannot be exchanged for a similar product:
1. Jewelry (precious metals with precious stones, precious metals with inserts of semi-precious and synthetic stones, cut gems).
2. Sewing and knitwear (underwear, bed linen, hosiery).
3. Personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, combs, hair clips, hair curlers, tweezers, razors, electric shavers and other similar personal hygiene products).
4. Perfumes and cosmetics.
5. Textile goods (cotton, linen, woolen, silk and synthetic fabrics, ribbons, braid, etc.).
6. Cable products (wires, cables, cords).
7. Building and finishing materials and other goods sold per meter (linoleum, film, carpets, etc.).
8. Products and materials in contact with food, made of polymeric materials, including disposables (tableware and tableware and kitchen utensils, packaging materials, containers for storing and transporting food products (canisters, cans, bottles, barrels).
9. Household chemicals, pesticides and agrochemicals.
10. Household furniture (furniture sets and sets).
11. Automobiles and motorbike goods, trailers and units for them, mobile means of small-scale mechanization of agricultural work, pleasure boats and other watercraft for household purposes.
12. Technically complex household goods for which warranty periods are established (electrical household machines and devices, radio-electronic equipment, household computing and duplicating equipment, photo and film equipment, telephone sets (stationary and mobile) and facsimile equipment, electric musical instruments, household gas equipment and devices).
13. Goods for the prevention and treatment of certain diseases at home (sanitary and hygiene items made of metal, rubber, textiles and other materials, medical instruments, devices and equipment, oral hygiene products, spectacle lenses, child care items, medicines ).
14. Toys.

Refund policy

The funds can be returned to the User in the same way that the payment for the Order was made.

In the case of a refund using a bank card, the refund is made to the card from which the payment was made.

A refund to the User of funds is made in full or in part if the partner of Barbara Fashion SRL cannot fully or partially deliver the goods ordered by the User.

The money for the Order and its delivery is not returned if the Order was not delivered through no fault of Barbara Fashion SRL (the User did not open the door, did not answer the courier's call when the Order was delivered, or the User indicated an incorrect or non-existent address, etc.). Money is not returned if the User did not check the Completeness and Integrity of the Order at the time of receipt, etc.

In case of refusal of the User in the Order or in case of violation of the Conditions for the provision of products and / or services of Barbara Fashion SRL Partners, including, but not limited to: in case of unilateral refusal to perform products and / or services, violation of the terms of delivery or inconsistency in the quality of the product and / or services, including those causing harm to health, etc., the User is obliged within 24 hours from the moment of delivery of the Order to inform Barbara Fashion SRL by e-mail bb.barbaracollection@gmail.com about his refusal of the Order in writing.

The letter must contain: the reason for the return of funds, the Order number, documents confirming the payment for the Order, banking materials and Passport data: name and surname in the state language and IDNP, postal address
The party demanding a refund is obliged to provide evidence (certificates, photographs, etc.).

Refunds are made by Barbara Fashion SRL within 7-14 working days from the date of receipt of the request from the User. Refunds will be made only after the violation is confirmed and the goods are returned back to Barbara Fashion SRL.

The user returns the goods at his own expense, Barbara Fashion SRL is not responsible for the retention of money by the bank.

The user should take into account the fact that banks may charge a fee as payment for money transfer services when making bank transfers. Barbara Fashion SRL returns only the availability, paid goods and delivery services.
