Bank card Payment
Payment by bank card is made online upon check-out, payment is accepted through the “Victoria Bank”S.A. payment system.
Cards accepted: VISA and MASTERCARD.
There is no any additional fee for such payments. Transactions are made in Moldovan lei at the rate of the card issuing bank, if it is associated with an account in a currency other than lei (MDL). “Barbara Fashion” does not hold any details about the card.

- When placing an order and selecting the online payment "Bank card", the User will be redirected to the secure payment page of “Victoria Bank” S.A. (www.victoriabank.md) where he will need to enter his bank card details.
- “Victoria Bank” S.A. protects and processes the User's bank card data in accordance with the PCI DSS standard. The transfer of information to the payment portal is carried out using SSL encryption technology. Subsequent data transmission is carried out through closed banking networks, which have the highest level of reliability. “Victoria Bank” S.A. does not transfer the user's card data to “Barbara Fashion” SRL or other third parties. For additional authentication of the cardholder, the Secure 3D protocol is used. If the User's Bank supports this technology, the User will be sent to the Secure 3D for additional identification. Regulatory information and additional methods of distribution the user can find out from the card issuing bank. Upon completion of the online payment procedure, the User automatically receives an electronic receipt by e-mail specified by the User during registration. S.A. “Victoria bank” guarantees the security of online payment processing. All payment card transactions are carried out in accordance with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard and other payment systems. To transfer information, a special security technology is used for online card payments, data processing is carried out on a secure high-tech server of the processing company.
- In case of a refund, the money is returned to the card on which the payment was made.
- Barbara fashion has the right to refuse the User to register an Order as a Cash on Delivery payment if the previously registered User Orders were not delivered due to the fault of the Client. For example, the User did not open the door or answer the call during the delivery of the Order, or the User specified an incorrect or non-existent delivery address, etc.
